BIO NALIN DE SILVA
With 15 years in Leadership roles and more recently as a Managing Director and owner in the manufacturing sector, Nalin has been involved in all aspects of operations. These have included sourcing and acquisition of premises, factory relocations, workforce recruitment, team management and development, ERP/MRP system selection and implementation, international business development, new markets and and contract negotiation, supplier selection and management, and a pivotal involvement in Quality Management Systems and 3rd party / customer audits.
He has also led on financing of new machinery, successful grant applications and all HMRC and banking compliance. Nalin has supplied to international industries including Aerospace & Defense, Rail, Nuclear, Oil & Gas and Automotive. With an unrelenting focus on continual improvement and industry leading Quality led products, Nalin has built an enviable reputation for integrity and transparency.
